Nestor Quintal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Domaracki's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. unicestwiacze's Piotr Jakisz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Vítor Rodrigues in the 21st minute of play. Edward Domaracki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nestor Quintal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Edward Domaracki might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nestor Quintal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Domaracki ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Independente FC booed when unicestwiacze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kajetan Banach didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Domaracki in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nestor Quintal saved Independente FC from getting behind. A collision led to Independente FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Edvaldo Tinoco hit a great ball. Nestor Quintal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Domaracki in the 37th minute. Piotr Jakisz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Barral in the 43rd minute of play. Piotr Jakisz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vítor Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Independente FC. Marcel Mendes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Piotr Jakisz. 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After 54 played minutes unicestwiacze got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Koperski. José Vítor Rodrigues did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Piotr Jakisz 56 minutes into the match. Nestor Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Domaracki in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Delfim Antunes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Piotr Jakisz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Ezequiel Barral fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Independente FC's protests and gave Ezequiel Barral a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes Independente FC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Barral. 74 minutes into the match, Independente FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Domaracki came free, but Nestor Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Independente FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Feliks Cwojdak was slow to take the kick. During this time unicestwiacze's players had a chance to rest. Delfim Antunes struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Piotr Jakisz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal.
