Spectators: 10820 (Terracing: 8250, Seating: 2350, VIP seats: 220) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Brun Mugica got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Westra Aros SK's Håkan Söderberg got a free kick in the 2nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brun Mugica in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Västlund saved Westra Aros SK from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's Don Nickler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pasqual Fabeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 13th minute of the match Westra Aros SK got a corner. Valle Saron's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mark Eckegren ran over to the corner to take the kick. Don Speed hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Westra Aros SK's Don Speed fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Pasqual Fabeiro was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. In the 20th minute Aran Saron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Västlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raymundo Castellana scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Västlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brun Mugica in the 27th minute of play forced Westra Aros SK's goalkeeper Ivan Västlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Håkan Söderberg hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Don Nickler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Pasqual Fabeiro made a huge save. Westra Aros SK's Don Nickler came free and shot a quick shot against goal 46 minutes in the game, fortunately Pasqual Fabeiro had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After the first half Valle Saron were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Don Nickler was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Westra Aros SK's Don Nickler made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pasqual Fabeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Brun Mugica in the 62nd minute of play forced Westra Aros SK's goalkeeper Ivan Västlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Westra Aros SK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Håkan Söderberg hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes Westra Aros SK got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Söderberg. After a defensive mix-up in Valle Saron's zone, Don Nickler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pasqual Fabeiro came out of the goal and Don Nickler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute Martinez Costeras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Västlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valle Saron's Pasqual Fabeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Nickler in the 75th minute of play. Garaona Miñano struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ivan Västlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valle Saron. In the 84th minute Martinez Costeras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Västlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Westra Aros SK's goal looked a bit too open when Martinez Costeras came free, but Ivan Västlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pasqual Fabeiro came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Westra Aros SK's Don Nickler. But to his dismay, Don Nickler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Bror Beck kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 92nd minute of the match Gilabert Ruega shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Västlund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Valle Saron players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Westra Aros SK.
