The Robíño Dome
Spectators: 10940 (Terracing: 8200, Seating: 2525, VIP seats: 215) Klaas Jan Lammers started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Robíño Football Club's Bengt Berggren in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bal op het Dak's goalie prevented a goal. Gerard Mulder struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Lars-Erik Täman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bal op het Dak. After 10 played minutes Robíño Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Fredric Söderqvist. Niklas Andersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julius van Zijl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvin Vedholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cees Engelaar lost his temper 39 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of FC Bal op het Dak:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Robíño Football Club:s goal. FC Bal op het Dak:s Julius van Zijl showed great skill when he stopped Joel Gallin:s penalty. Julius van Zijl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gallin went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, FC Bal op het Dak's Julius van Zijl got control of the ball when Niklas Andersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Birger Karlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bengt Berggren was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt Berggren in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Julius van Zijl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Birger Karlstedt hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Kristof Numan replaced Michael Stekelenburg. Birger Karlstedt hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Geert Arend van Zijl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Bal op het Dak's Jan Rein Helwig was substituted for Edwin Batum. Rafael de Groot kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klaas Jan Lammers got free with Lars-Erik Täman in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 1-1. Extra-time would have to be played.

After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Klaas Jan Lammers made the kick off and play began. Niklas Andersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Julius van Zijl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Bal op het Dak getting a freekick after 100 minutes play. Kristof Numan hit a great ball. In the 109th minute, Geert Arend van Zijl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Bal op het Dak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Robíño Football Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Bal op het Dak's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Bal op het Dak.
