Oscar Giraldo started the match with the kick off. Maksymilian Oliszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milagros Fraga in the 3rd minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Cezary Chrzan sent off a good shot on target. 9 minutes into the match, Luz Tejedor notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SMOCZANKA MIELEC's Maksymilian Oliszewski. Maksymilian Oliszewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Lewandowski in the 29th minute of play. SMOCZANKA MIELEC's Maksymilian Oliszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, SMOCZANKA MIELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Maksymilian Oliszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Giraldo.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, SMOCZANKA MIELEC's Maksymilian Oliszewski got control of the ball when Luz Tejedor tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Maksymilian Oliszewski in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. 92 minutes in the game Bernard Cytrynski did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Nuno Malafaia. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Giraldo in the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Peru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
