The ContraVersão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Didi Tróia should have stopped the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elias Batista to strike the kick off in the second half. Luca Zorita hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after ContraVersão's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Didi Tróia quite easily take care of the ball. In the 59th minute, Patrick Salkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Luís Batista went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. The referee gave ContraVersão a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Krum Razsolkov, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. 3-4. After a rather tough play, ContraVersão's Patrick Salkvist got a free kick in the 77th minute. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Didi Tróia was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. In the 84th minute, Gualter Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Didi Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didi Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Walery Adamowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Walery Adamowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 97th match minute, ContraVersão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walery Adamowicz to maneuver through the defense.
