Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Evelio Firme started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Tellier's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Placido Lucero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Lucero came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 11 minutes Tellier's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. In the 11th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Tellier's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Placido Lucero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes, Placido Henrico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tellier and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes Tellier got a freekick which was hit by Placido Henrico. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Evelio Firme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evelio Firme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Placido Lucero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Tellier's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Tellier's Placido Lucero managed to reach the ball for a save. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Morales in the 43rd minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Tellier players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-3.

If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 55th minute, Celedonio Gabino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th match minute, Tellier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Gabino to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Placido Lucero made a huge save. In the 59th minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Placido Lucero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Vedillo in the 60th minute of the match. After 62 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pastor Phelipe who took care of the corner kick. Placido Lucero made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Tellier booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Placido Lucero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Placido Lucero. Placido Lucero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Placido Henrico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Placido Lucero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 79th minute. A collision led to Tellier getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Artemio Gaxan hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Lucero having to interfere. After 86 minutes, Agustín Saelices mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Tellier players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute Marco Hats shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Alberto Vermudo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tellier's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tellier's Alberto Vermudo got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Tellier fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
