Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Eliseo Noboa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 3rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Wozniak having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 15 played minutes Husaria got a freekick which was hit by Olaf Rode. Axel Tasis, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Radoslaw Dylla made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Brudzisz in the 33rd minute of play. Axel Tasis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Radowit Wozniak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Wozniak having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radoslaw Dylla to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Husaria's Janusz Kapelski got a free kick in the 51st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wladyslaw Blochowiak during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Husaria. Franciszek Brudzisz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franciszek Brudzisz got free with Benito Sanz in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Husaria's Franciszek Brudzisz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 0-2 after 72 minutes of play. Janusz Kapelski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radoslaw Dylla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Husaria's Franciszek Brudzisz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th match minute, Husaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wladyslaw Blochowiak to maneuver through the defense. After 97 minutes, Eliseo Noboa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Husaria players grew even worse after the yellow card.
