Cícero Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Carballar, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Casaus to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes SC Otten got a freekick which was hit by Wit Dytrych. Orlando Casaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Cícero Proença made a huge save. After having played for 61 minutes, Orlando Casaus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Casaus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thiago Pliego didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SC Otten's Norman Ackermann shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. SC Otten's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jones Cudmore in the 69th minute. In the 87th play minute Orlando Casaus came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cícero Proença. 1-2.
