Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 4th minute of play forced DARAS's goalkeeper Lilcho Chohadzhiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute of the match Costa Rica got a corner. DARAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Tasis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Aaron Alcocer was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Boycho Barbutski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute of the game Efrain Moruga made a throw-in which Eliseo Noboa played forward. The throw-in from Eliseo Noboa in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by DARAS's Gergin Bogoev. When Juan Rubio fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Juan Rubio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of DARAS booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Eliseo Noboa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Lilcho Chohadzhiev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. Lilcho Chohadzhiev was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Lautaro Puig capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lautaro Puig really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. With a little luck, DARAS's Lilcho Chohadzhiev got control of the ball when Lautaro Puig tried to sneak it across the goal line. DARAS's Lilcho Chohadzhiev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save DARAS from getting a goal against them. Matey Trashliev kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Lilcho Chohadzhiev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gergin Bogoev made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Hugo Ferrant threw the ball into play from the sideline. DARAS's Matey Trashliev quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Marko Kyulafliev succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 58th playminute. A sloppy throw-in by Efrain Moruga in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by DARAS's Grisha Dragulev. DARAS's Matey Trashliev managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lautaro Puig in the 64 minute of the game. Lilcho Chohadzhiev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lilcho Chohadzhiev was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 77th minute of play forced DARAS's goalkeeper Lilcho Chohadzhiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lilcho Chohadzhiev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Puig in the 79th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marko Kyulafliev got free with Benito Sanz in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 86 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Grisha Dragulev. In the 88th minute Axel Tasis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lilcho Chohadzhiev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Lilcho Chohadzhiev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. DARAS's attentive Matey Trashliev managed to snatch the ball when Hugo Ferrant made a throw-in in the 96th minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Costa Rica fans cheered their team off the field, for while DARAS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
