Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tim Nyberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Real Calle's Tim Nyberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Tim Nyberg. Real Calle's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 11th match minute, Real Calle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Krusfeldt to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lautaro Mancebo in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tim Nyberg saved Real Calle from getting behind. Alexander Lingren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. Facundo Cadaval recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Facundo Cadaval's late challenge caught a Real Calle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Facundo Cadaval helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mexico fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Real Calle a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Timmy Krusfeldt, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. 1-2. In the 43rd minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. After the first half Mexico were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Benny Benno made the kick off in the second half. When Luca Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute Benny Benno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Tim Nyberg made a huge save. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tim Nyberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 77th minute, Joel Gaona fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tim Nyberg, passed just outside the right post. 82 minutes into the match, Real Calle's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Tim Nyberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Benny Benno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Calle fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lorenzo Cazalla got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 93 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Caldeira came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite being the better team, Mexico failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
