In the 7th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zäfär Güläliyev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cahya Tomagola in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Los up up's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Zäfär Güläliyev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabahattin Hanönü in the 20th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabahattin Hanönü, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cahya Tomagola to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Zheng Yao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zäfär Güläliyev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Cahya Tomagola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Zäfär Güläliyev in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zäfär Güläliyev having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Cahya Tomagola notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 96th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. The Los up up support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
