Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) FC XY's Orhan Veli Mirac started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslav Motuz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC XY's Vern Bird got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miroslav Motuz. Miroslav Motuz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A throw-in in the 15th minute of the game was made by Emmanuel Reyes with Milagros Fraga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Julian Murillo scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miroslav Motuz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, FC XY's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Miroslav Motuz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orhan Veli Mirac struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Rolando Noboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC XY. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play forced FC XY's goalkeeper Miroslav Motuz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC XY's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the FC XY defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miroslav Motuz. The FC XY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miroslav Motuz should have stopped the shot. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. Martin Lukáč hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 47 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miroslav Motuz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antón Macejko in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to FC XY getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Martin Lukáč hit a great ball. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslav Motuz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orhan Veli Mirac in the 61st minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC XY's Miroslav Motuz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save FC XY from getting a goal against them. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Martin Zelenák, made in the 69th minute of the game. Miroslav Motuz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, FC XY's goalkeeper Miroslav Motuz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Anthony Alvarado hit a great ball. Anthony Alvarado kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC XY's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eliseo Mina was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Peru's Emmanuel Reyes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Miroslav Motuz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 87 minutes into the match, Rafael Gallo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miroslav Motuz. FC XY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Gallo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pavlovič in the 91st minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, FC XY's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Miroslav Motuz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Gallos short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Miroslav Motuz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
