Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. After 4 played minutes AC Collins got a freekick which was hit by Mel Önen. The attack was good, but when Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. AC Collins's Pekko Rino got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After taking down the ball on AC Collins's corner Zacarias Theodore fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Pekko Rino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pekko Rino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute of the match AC Collins got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zacarias Theodore ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Mel Önen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Pekko Rino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Collins's Pekko Rino. But to his dismay, Pekko Rino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC Collins's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. 39 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Pekko Rino came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Foddis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Felix Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Foddis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pekko Rino was the one to do the kick off. Agustín Saelices could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Donato Foddis made a huge save. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Pekko Rino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulvio Oriali during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to AC Collins getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Fulvio Oriali hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Donato Foddis made a huge save. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Donato Foddis made a huge save. If Mel Önen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Collins made a substitution. Edinho do Nascimento replaced Pekko Rino. In the 71st minute, Edinho do Nascimento made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinho do Nascimento in the 76th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zorita. Edinho do Nascimento scored 4-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edinho do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Mel Önen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edinho do Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinho do Nascimento in the 88th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90 minutes, Edinho do Nascimento made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the game, AC Collins's Edinho do Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, AC Collins could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
