Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Ek having to interfere. The supporters of Honduras booed when Hockeysnubbarnas BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Lövskog didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmundo Espiga was slow to take the kick. During this time Honduras's players had a chance to rest. Moises Tafalla made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Vilhelm Ek managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vilhelm Ek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 84th minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Vilhelm Ek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Edmundo Espiga put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vilhelm Ek. 89 minutes into the match, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Vilhelm Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Ek having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vilhelm Ek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Honduras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
