Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Aleksander Gustafsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 6th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. Aleksander Gustafsson took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Aleksander Gustafsson scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aleksander Gustafsson took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Aleksander Gustafsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After 21 minutes of play, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Inko Colillas made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Inko Colillas came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Aleksander Gustafsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Aleksander Gustafsson took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 32nd minute, Hugo Ferrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aleksander Gustafsson went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute, Aleksander Gustafsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Gustafsson in the 41st minute of play. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inko Colillas went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Aleksander Gustafsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-9 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aleksander Gustafsson to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Aleksander Gustafsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 0-10 after 53 minutes of play. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aleksander Gustafsson's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Aleksander Gustafsson let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 56th minute shot 0-11 at rihgt post. Kent Kilberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Hockeysnubbarnas BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Ek didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kent Kilberg got free with Benito Sanz in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kent Kilberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kent Kilberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After 72 minutes, Abel Carballo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Hockeysnubbarnas BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th minute, Kent Kilberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hockeysnubbarnas BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-12. Kent Kilberg scored 0-13 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 81 in the game by Kent Kilberg from a close distance when the talented Benito Sanz managed to make a qualified save. Costa Rica's players were relieved. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Erik Ek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-14. 88 minutes into the match, Kent Kilberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 0-15. 91 minutes into the match, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Kent Kilberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Hugo Ferrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kent Kilberg in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Hockeysnubbarnas BK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Costa Rica.
