Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Evandro Pitta kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilmar Quirino was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Axel Tasis took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilmar Quirino. Gilmar Quirino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 8 minutes into the game, Duarte Loyola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bola Quadrada FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Costa Rica the free kick. Gilmar Quirino was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Axel Tasis. Bola Quadrada FC's Gilmar Quirino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Bola Quadrada FC from getting a goal against them. After 15 played minutes Axel Tasis could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 2-0 into the left cross. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Gilmar Quirino made a huge save. Alfredo Zoido scored 3-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilmar Quirino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gildo Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Rafael Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfredo Zoido kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gilmar Quirino. That made the score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. Axel Tasis did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Gilmar Quirino 38 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Puig got free with Gilmar Quirino in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Axel Tasis could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Gilmar Quirino however easily saved by the left post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. Lautaro Puig scored 6-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilmar Quirino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute, Alexander Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Efrain Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Norberto Reis sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Benito Sanz threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Norberto Reis this time. Rafael Cunha's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Cunha helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Alfredo Zoido ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilmar Quirino was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After having played for 81 minutes, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Puig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredo Zoido scored 8-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilmar Quirino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 86 played minutes Bola Quadrada FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Reis. Gilmar Quirino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Zoido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evandro Pitta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Costa Rica's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
