Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tadeo Jenaro made the kick off which started today's match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Jenaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sergio Shantala charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 29th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Rameriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The long shot by Penko Lambovski in the 37th minute really tested Jonathan Ferrant's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, DonLoli fc's Sergio Shantala got a free kick in the 38th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Argenis during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of DonLoli fc booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Adam Cieslak put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 47 minutes into the match, DonLoli fc's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Victor Rameriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Adam Cieslak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 52 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tadeo Jenaro hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Jenaro in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Ceandro in the 69th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Edgardo Ceandro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Ceandro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The throw-in from Sergio Shantala in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Jose Correa. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeo Jenaro in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Cieslak, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute.
