Dag Laskowski started the match with the kick off. Sad Keep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Harpsøe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Otto Champ throw himself and got hold of the ball when Leonard Lepucki in the 20thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 29 minutes into the match, Yelonki's goal looked a bit too open when Micki Lensø came free, but Sad Keep reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dag Laskowski got free with Otto Champ in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dag Laskowski in the 32nd minute of play forced O-TT-O's goalkeeper Otto Champ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ronny Kamløv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Yelonki's zone, Ronny Kamløv stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sad Keep came out of the goal and Ronny Kamløv tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Marcus Harpsøe made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Marcus Harpsøe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sad Keep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otto Champ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Hendzel in the 53rd minute of the match. When Zenon Turek fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yelonki's protests and gave Zenon Turek a yellow card for diving instead. Zenon Turek kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niclas Gargas during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
