Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Algirdas Brazauskas made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Róbert Kormos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Algirdas Brazauskas. Dénes Boross received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Miglius Beržinis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miglius Beržinis came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Szombathely Squirrels's Gusztáv Győrffy. But to his dismay, Gusztáv Győrffy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 13 played minutes Szombathely Squirrels got a freekick which was hit by Szilárd Csikós. Róbert Kormos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algirdas Brazauskas in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC COSA NOSTRA's Jarūnas Abadauskas got a free kick in the 15th minute. The supporters of FC COSA NOSTRA booed when Szombathely Squirrels was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szilárd Csikós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Szombathely Squirrels's Róbert Kormos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algirdas Brazauskas in the 20th minute of play. After 24 minutes, Ferenc Jászberényi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Szombathely Squirrels and the FC COSA NOSTRA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ferenc Jászberényi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Algirdas Brazauskas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Róbert Kormos made a huge save. Dénes Boross's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miglius Beržinis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mihály Földesi in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miglius Beržinis saved FC COSA NOSTRA from getting behind. In the 35th minute of the match Ferenc Jászberényi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miglius Beržinis skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algirdas Brazauskas in the 41st minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Róbert Kormos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC COSA NOSTRA's Algirdas Brazauskas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 42nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 48thth minute of the game Algirdas Brazauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Szombathely Squirrels's Róbert Kormos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihály Földesi to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Szombathely Squirrels's Miglius Beržinis threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mihály Földesi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Szombathely Squirrels's Róbert Kormos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredas Malakauskas in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algirdas Brazauskas in the 59th minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Róbert Kormos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Szombathely Squirrels's zone, Ramūnas Budraitis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Róbert Kormos came out of the goal and Ramūnas Budraitis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Róbert Kormos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algirdas Brazauskas in the 71st minute of the match. After 75 played minutes Szombathely Squirrels got a freekick which was hit by Gusztáv Győrffy. In the 80th minute, Algirdas Brazauskas made a precise shot to the right of Róbert Kormos. Szombathely Squirrels's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Szombathely Squirrels's Róbert Kormos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algirdas Brazauskas in the 84th minute of play. Augustas Ogintas kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ramūnas Budraitis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Róbert Kormos having to make a save. Miglius Beržinis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihály Földesi, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Róbert Kormos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramūnas Budraitis in the 91st minute of play. Gusztáv Győrffy hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. FC COSA NOSTRA were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
