The audience thought a goal was coming when Wojciech Kobeko got free with Thiago Pliego in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Chucky Norris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 10th minute of play. Wojciech Kobeko in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thiago Pliego, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Chucky Norris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wojciech Kobeko. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wojciech Kobeko in the 34th minute. The SAN MARTIN F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Wojciech Kobeko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ben Breton was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Chile got a corner. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mariano Lacasa made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Chucky Norris managed to reach the ball for a save. Chucky Norris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 58th minute of the match. Chile were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after SAN MARTIN F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. Felix Garrido made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Celestino Manuelo. If Ben Breton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Breton, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Cipriano Senen got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chucky Norris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 74th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Ben Breton made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 90 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chucky Norris narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guillermo Fontirroig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chucky Norris having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Lacasa to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Breton in the 97th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SAN MARTIN F.C. had won after a very even match.
