Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dani Olmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Isaac Cazorla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Isaac Cazorla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Isaac Cazorla. Valleslona F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 27thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valleslona F.C.'s Isaac Cazorla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xines Saboya hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaac Cazorla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Valleslona F.C.'s zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Cazorla came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Felix Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaac Cazorla was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 38 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Luis Andino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaac Cazorla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 42nd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Valleslona F.C.'s Enzo Reyes got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute, Ecuador's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dani Olmo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Valleslona F.C. defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaac Cazorla. The Valleslona F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaac Cazorla should have stopped the shot. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Valleslona F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Apoena Salan hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cristian Sancho hit a great ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Williams, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Cazorla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 82 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Cazorla was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 84th minute, Dani Olmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Cazorla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Isaac Cazorla came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 92nd minute. Valleslona F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Isaac Cazorla, making the score, 0-8. Ecuador played a much better game than Valleslona F.C. and deserved their victory. The Valleslona F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
