Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jesus Baristo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 4 played minutes Gomosao F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Bieito. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Stolniceanu having to interfere. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 26th minute of play forced Gomosao F.C.'s goalkeeper Petre Stolniceanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jesus Baristo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesus Baristo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Ros hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Aquilino Nuxila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. After 45 played minutes Gomosao F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Nuxila. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. If Vicente Dalmai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesus Baristo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Aquilino Nuxila took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Marcos Cotilla to make any attempt to save it. After 64 played minutes Gomosao F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Radu Jder. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Aquilino Nuxila took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Marcos Cotilla to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 72 minutes, Vicente Dalmai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gomosao F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Dalmai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Petre Stolniceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Dalmai in the 83rd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Petre Stolniceanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. 94 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petre Stolniceanu. Gomosao F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abraham Alguacil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gomosao F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
