Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aaron Glanselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Glanselius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aaron Glanselius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. A collision led to SSC Ambrosini getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Juhan Kersna hit a great ball. Luis Andino scored 1-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Glanselius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Henrik Möllgren notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henrik Möllgren to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, SSC Ambrosini's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Aaron Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 74th minute of play forced SSC Ambrosini's goalkeeper Aaron Glanselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SSC Ambrosini booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Marcus Kilman fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SSC Ambrosini's protests and gave Marcus Kilman a yellow card for diving instead. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrik Möllgren went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. 87 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Möllgren came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aaron Glanselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 90th minute of play. Henrik Möllgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when SSC Ambrosini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juhan Kersna didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, SSC Ambrosini could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
