Veth Crystals's Song Xing was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thiago Pliego in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gwidon Patora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Marcos Lama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Lama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 89th minute of play. Francisco Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 95th match minute, Veth Crystals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nedas Jameikis to maneuver through the defense. Chile walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
