Ciccio Tacconi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NFC Eagles 22's Ciccio Tacconi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ciccio Tacconi, 1-2.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. Emil Houwing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 56 minutes play.
