Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sem De Kelper got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the game, De Keikoppers's Sem De Kelper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Sem De Kelper's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dante Lacasa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lionel Van Den Broek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 12th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Sem De Kelper took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Dante Lacasa to make any attempt to save it. In the 17th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Van Den Broek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after De Keikoppers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Lionel Van Den Broek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st play minute Sem De Kelper came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dante Lacasa. 3-0. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Sem De Kelper sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolf Huveneers in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. De Keikoppers's Lionel Van Den Broek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 37th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, De Keikoppers's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Lionel Van Den Broek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of De Keikoppers booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Lionel Van Den Broek in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 51 played minutes De Keikoppers got a freekick which was hit by Wout Leroy. A collision led to De Keikoppers getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Frederik Dhondt hit a great ball. Lionel Van Den Broek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lionel Van Den Broek was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by De Keikoppers's Rolf Huveneers. But to his dismay, Rolf Huveneers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 68th minute of play forced De Keikoppers's goalkeeper Lionel Van Den Broek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lionel Van Den Broek, 4-2. After a defensive mix-up in De Keikoppers's zone, Luca Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lionel Van Den Broek came out of the goal and Luca Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 77 played minutes De Keikoppers got a freekick which was hit by Geert Smidts. Lionel Van Den Broek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Pol Ramon came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geert Smidts in the 84th minute of the match. Lionel Van Den Broek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lionel Van Den Broek. That made the score 4-3 in the 85 minute of play. Joachim Van Der Meren scored 5-3 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. De Keikoppers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
