Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. The Honduras players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipe Liher. Felipe Liher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 58th minute of play forced Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s goalkeeper Felipe Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Liher having to interfere. In the 67th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s Felipe Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 71st minute of play. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s Morjan Sarkhoh. But to his dismay, Morjan Sarkhoh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. In the 81st minute of the match Zacarias Txeru shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lautaro Navarro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Morjan Sarkhoh showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 83 minute of play. In the 87th minute, Emanuel Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Nereo Inge sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Lautaro Navarro threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Nereo Inge this time. Morjan Sarkhoh blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. A hard shot 91 in the game by Morjan Sarkhoh from a close distance when the talented Lautaro Navarro managed to make a qualified save. Honduras's players were relieved.
