Edward Brodzki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. AKS Kozienice were furious when Ren Feng Guang was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 46th minute, one of AKS Kozienice:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AKS Kozienice. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucjan Burufski made a kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Burufski in the 57th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Burufski came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Lucjan Burufski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Burufski came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, AKS Kozienice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Brodzki to maneuver through the defense. If Lucjan Burufski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Burufski in the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Edward Brodzki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AKS Kozienice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Burufski in the 90th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Edward Brodzki in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Jose Correa. After a rather tough play, AKS Kozienice's Lee Lel got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 97th match minute, AKS Kozienice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Meireles to maneuver through the defense.
