After 3 minutes, Dimitris Koubouris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saronida FC and the ★Independiente Ψ★ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dimitris Koubouris hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Marios Zachalios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Geleberto in the 4th minute of play. Rodrigo Rey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anastasios Zotalis went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Rodrigo Rey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save ★Independiente Ψ★ from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Kleanthis Louvaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Rey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Saronida FC's Vlassis Tavoularis got a free kick in the 19th minute. 25 minutes into the match, ★Independiente Ψ★'s goalkeeper Rodrigo Rey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kleanthis Louvaris. 30 minutes into the match, ★Independiente Ψ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Malamas came free, but Rodrigo Rey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marios Zachalios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Geleberto in the 35th minute of the match. With a little luck, ★Independiente Ψ★'s Rodrigo Rey got control of the ball when Kleanthis Louvaris tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Saronida FC booed when ★Independiente Ψ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Jurdan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes ★Independiente Ψ★ got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Bento. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Kleanthis Louvaris made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Nikos Malamas made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Rey. ★Independiente Ψ★'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Marios Zachalios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Jurdan in the 55th minute of play. Rodrigo Rey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kleanthis Louvaris's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Saronida FC's Fondas Kouvas was substituted for Pavlos Koubaroulis. Vlassis Tavoularis hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Rey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Malamas in the 66th minute of the match. When Saronida FC's Nikos Malamas in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 95th minute, Kyriakos Stratakos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saronida FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0.

When the referee ended the match the Saronida FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
