When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Atilla Bumin Hızlan put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gabriel Ladio. After the first half Defensores del Tiki Tiki were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Kfc Moerbeke-Waas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Kfc Moerbeke-Waas's Lauren Acke was substituted for Anacleto Indartsu. With his leg Gabriel Ladio managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Defensores del Tiki Tiki's Atilla Bumin Hızlan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Laurentzi in the 80th minute of play forced Kfc Moerbeke-Waas's goalkeeper Gabriel Ladio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
