Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Gaudencio Ubarna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vergaray Sedan was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 7th minute of the match, Gaudencio Ubarna tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vergaray Sedan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 8th match minute, El Universo de Goles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Castañon to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaudencio Ubarna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vergaray Sedan. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Gaudencio Ubarna sped through El Universo de Goles's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vergaray Sedan. Gaudencio Ubarna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emilio Cedeno's late challenge caught a FC Oltul Slatina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emilio Cedeno helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, El Universo de Goles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Cedeno to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iurie Avacariței in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vergaray Sedan saved El Universo de Goles from getting behind. When FC Oltul Slatina's Iurie Avacariței in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Universo de Goles's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to El Universo de Goles getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Lucas Zapata hit a great ball. When FC Oltul Slatina's Iurie Avacariței in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Universo de Goles's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, FC Oltul Slatina's John Lustig got a free kick in the 39th minute. Iurie Avacariței sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vergaray Sedan came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Oltul Slatina's Iurie Avacariței. But to his dismay, Iurie Avacariței quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 48th minute, Ramiro Castañon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iurie Avacariței was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of FC Oltul Slatina booed when El Universo de Goles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Outon didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Iurie Avacariței had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, Iurie Avacariței cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Vergaray Sedan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 60th minute, Gaudencio Ubarna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vergaray Sedan was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 64 minutes into the game, Ramirez Peon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Manuel Lovinescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vergaray Sedan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iurie Avacariței, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Ubarna in the 74th minute of play forced El Universo de Goles's goalkeeper Vergaray Sedan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Gaudencio Ubarna managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Oltul Slatina's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaudencio Ubarna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vergaray Sedan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilio Cedeno was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Iurie Avacariței received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Vergaray Sedan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When FC Oltul Slatina's Iurie Avacariței in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Universo de Goles's goalie prevented a goal. After 85 minutes El Universo de Goles's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ilie Leahu who took care of the corner kick. FC Oltul Slatina's Iurie Avacariței was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vergaray Sedan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 89 minutes into the match, El Universo de Goles's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Ubarna came free, but Vergaray Sedan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the El Universo de Goles defense, Gaudencio Ubarna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vergaray Sedan. The El Universo de Goles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vergaray Sedan should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the FC Oltul Slatina players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
