Urrutia Terminel came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Jedi Knights's Jimeno Ostargi. But to his dismay, Jimeno Ostargi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15th minute, Cipriano Iraitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute of the match Julio Abrante sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeledon Lordi skillfully saved the ball. Urrutia Terminel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Ignazio in the 23rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Timoteo Aragones managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jedi Knights's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Aragones was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urrutia Terminel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute, Tiburcio Montez made a precise shot to the right of Urrutia Terminel. Carnot's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villarreal Lujan in the 30th minute of play forced Jedi Knights's goalkeeper Zeledon Lordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Montez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Urrutia Terminel. Carnot's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Montez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Aragones in the 39th minute of play forced Carnot's goalkeeper Urrutia Terminel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Jedi Knights's Timoteo Aragones nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Urrutia Terminel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Villarreal Lujan made the kick off in the second half. Timoteo Aragones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urrutia Terminel having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Jedi Knights's Tiburcio Montez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urrutia Terminel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolando Cantoral hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. If Jimeno Ostargi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiburcio Montez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urrutia Terminel having to interfere. Jaime Titos's late challenge caught a Jedi Knights's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Titos helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Carnot getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Jaime Titos hit a great ball. Timoteo Aragones might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Urrutia Terminel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timoteo Aragones ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Timoteo Aragones's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Urrutia Terminel was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timoteo Aragones in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urrutia Terminel saved Carnot from getting behind. Villarreal Lujan charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Villarreal Lujan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 86 played minutes Carnot got a freekick which was hit by Villarreal Lujan. Jimeno Ostargi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urrutia Terminel having to interfere. Jimeno Ostargi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Jedi Knights players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
