Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kyle Davies took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, António Ramalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. G.D Vitória de Sernache's supporters rose to their feet, but António Ramalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stanley Wallace's late challenge caught a G.D Vitória de Sernache's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stanley Wallace helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Stanley Wallace. If António Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Veríssimo Velasques blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. In the 20th minute, Bertie Johnson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Normando Ferrão missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 21 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Bruno Barrett right hand side. G.D Vitória de Sernache's Caetano Esteves got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Normando Ferrão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valdemar Assis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stanley Wallace in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, António Ramalho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 43 minutes into the game, Stanley Wallace cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Valdemar Assis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After 60 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Rocco Owen. 64 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Brás came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heitor Festas in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of G.D Vitória de Sernache booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordan Porter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute Murilo Brás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Heitor Festas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Heitor Festas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Charles Cox lost his temper 82 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 83rd match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Cox to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 84 minutes, Manuel Morais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. G.D Vitória de Sernache's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Morais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Troy Kennedy fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curacao's protests and gave Troy Kennedy a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Troy Kennedy to maneuver through the defense. Heitor Festas hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After having played for 89 minutes, Stanley Wallace managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
