After a rather tough play, Wolves Academy's Răzvan Robescu got a free kick in the 4th minute. Wolves Academy's Iosif Chitila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Wolves Academy from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the match, Eliodor Balaci notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Eliodor Balaci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. The Wolves Academy fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Wolves Academy's Eliodor Balaci looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Wolves Academy's Ernest Albu got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Moises Fernandino made a precise shot to the right of Iosif Chitila. Wolves Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 27 minutes into the game, Răzvan Robescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wolves Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Salvador the free kick. Răzvan Robescu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Iosif Chitila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. Jesus Carvallo charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesus Carvallo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Chitila having to interfere. After 36 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Abram Luque. Wolves Academy's Ernest Albu got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nichifor Hurezan made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Leonard Ghițulescu however managed to control. After 43 minutes, Valentino Ferrant mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the Wolves Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Valentino Ferrant got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Eliodor Balaci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 60th minute, Abram Luque got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 66 minutes of play, Wolves Academy's Eliodor Balaci made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wolves Academy's Ernest Albu got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jesus Carvallo hit a great ball. Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Eliodor Balaci sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Chitila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Yepes kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
