Curacao's supporters rose to their feet, but Rocco Owen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Pricop breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Eric Pricop successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kyle Davies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Pricop having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, FC Ostroveni's goalkeeper Eric Pricop had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stanley Wallace. 35 minutes into the match, FC Ostroveni's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Davies came free, but Eric Pricop reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanley Wallace sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Ostroveni's Eric Pricop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Davies in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of Curacao booed when FC Ostroveni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Șerban Şteţ didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Luca Buricea made the kick off in the second half. Eric Pricop came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Curacao's Stanley Wallace. But to his dismay, Stanley Wallace quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilie Enceanu in the 55th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ilie Enceanu in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Enceanu in the 71st minute of play. A collision led to FC Ostroveni getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Adrian Hanganu hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Ostroveni's Șerban Şteţ got a free kick in the 74th minute. The supporters of FC Ostroveni booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Cox didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Luca Buricea in the 79th minute really tested Bruno Barrett's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 93rd minute, Stanley Wallace left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Curacao fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. FC Ostroveni's Eric Pricop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanley Wallace in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Curacao had played much better football throughout.
