Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kyle Davies kicked off to start the match. Eric Pricop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanley Wallace in the 3rd minute of play. FC Ostroveni's Luca Buricea got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC Ostroveni's Luca Buricea got a free kick in the 6th minute. Marshall Graham kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 14th match minute, FC Ostroveni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Șerban Şteţ to maneuver through the defense. FC Ostroveni's Eric Pricop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Davies in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of Curacao booed when FC Ostroveni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Șerban Şteţ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ilie Enceanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. Eric Pricop showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanley Wallace in the 25th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Kyle Davies shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Pricop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Pricop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanley Wallace in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Curacao's Kyle Davies nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eric Pricop made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Eric Pricop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanley Wallace in the 38th minute of play. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Luca Buricea sent off a good shot on target. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ilie Enceanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luca Buricea made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, FC Ostroveni's goalkeeper Eric Pricop had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stanley Wallace. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Davies in the 57th minute of play forced FC Ostroveni's goalkeeper Eric Pricop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Pricop was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Stanley Wallace capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stanley Wallace really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 63 minutes into the match, Stanley Wallace had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eric Pricop. FC Ostroveni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stanley Wallace was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 67 minutes into the match, FC Ostroveni's goalkeeper Eric Pricop had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stanley Wallace. Eric Pricop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Davies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, FC Ostroveni's Stelian Sticlaru seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Stelian Sticlaru the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Ostroveni protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Stelian Sticlaru had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of FC Ostroveni:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Curacao:s goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Șerban Şteţ during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Buricea in the 75th minute of play. Eric Pricop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Davies in the 78th minute of play. If Luca Buricea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Luca Buricea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marshall Graham kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. FC Ostroveni's Eric Pricop proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save FC Ostroveni from getting a goal against them.
