Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcinho Sabóia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Marcinho Sabóia in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Fonseca in the 9th minute of play. After 10 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Zach Harrison. In the 11th minute Hélder Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalju Vint kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Monty Rogers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro-Facundo Buffon having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Marcinho Sabóia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Merusca F&P - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marcinho Sabóia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Mauro-Facundo Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 31st minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 37th minute of play. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Paranaense in the 39th minute of play. Edward Mcdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

51 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When USA's Monty Rogers, in the 51st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for USA. Edward Mcdonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro-Facundo Buffon having to interfere. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 64th minute of play. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Merusca F&P - CIMZ made a substitution. Fábio Trevisan replaced Anderson Vidal. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Fumanchu Ponta was substituted for Pedrinho Paranaense. Geovani Mangueira hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Zach Harrison kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. The supporters of Merusca F&P - CIMZ booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zach Harrison didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Florian Capasso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marco Day. The goal made the score 0-2. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Mauro-Facundo Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Campbell in the 79th minute of play. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 85th minute of play. Sam Campbell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro-Facundo Buffon having to interfere. Sam Campbell scored 1-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauro-Facundo Buffon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle went the supporters of Merusca F&P - CIMZ were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant USA side.
