Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Cadaval. 13 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Magnus Harlén. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Andreas Fransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Andreas Fransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 21st minute of the match. Andreas Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Mexico booed when Drottningens Parkväktare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Ezequiel Niz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mexico's Joel Gaona couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Drottningens Parkväktare. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andreas Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 36th minute of play. Joel Gaona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andreas Fransson having to make a save. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andreas Fransson. Drottningens Parkväktare's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Paulo Ezequiel Niz fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Drottningens Parkväktare's protests and gave Paulo Ezequiel Niz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Drottningens Parkväktare getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Paulo Ezequiel Niz hit a great ball. In the 45th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Magnus Harlén. Emil Ciuvică could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Magnus Harlén was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 50th minute of play forced Drottningens Parkväktare's goalkeeper Andreas Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 51st minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Luca Zorita heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Andreas Fransson made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Gabino, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute Bernt Browald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 played minutes Drottningens Parkväktare got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Ezequiel Niz. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andreas Fransson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Ciuvică in the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Drottningens Parkväktare's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Gabino in the 85th minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, Drottningens Parkväktare's Emil Ciuvică made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Ciuvică, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
