With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Meinhardt in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Grigoriy Avrutov saved GONDWONALAND from getting behind. Grigoriy Avrutov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Meinhardt's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Heinz-Dieter Schwabenland came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Grigoriy Avrutov could save by the left post. Léo Pereira took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Achteresch. Peter Achteresch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Peter Achteresch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Sosa in the 29th minute of the match. Grigoriy Avrutov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubert Finken in the 40th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. GONDWONALAND walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
