Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Martin Jax sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 5 minutes into the match, GERLIROJO Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Andres Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Eliseo Mina hit a great ball. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andres Lastur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andres Lastur. GERLIROJO Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Lastur. Andres Lastur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Anthony Alvarado kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Furtado Ozaolaza in the 39th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Jax to make the kick off. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Isidro Larra in the 52 minute of the game. In the 53rd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Luz Tejedor kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andres Lastur. That made the score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Martin Jax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GERLIROJO Ψ's Epifanio Ibañez was substituted for Martin Jax. GERLIROJO Ψ's Eleuterio Benvido was substituted for Furtado Ozaolaza. After 67 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Reyes. Elvio Ferrer hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Andres Lastur made a huge save. After 73 played minutes GERLIROJO Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Coman. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Ibañez in the 76th minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Ibañez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, GERLIROJO Ψ's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Milagros Fraga fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 86 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Moises Gayoso. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. After a rather tough play, Peru's Moises Gayoso got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Ibañez in the 92nd minute of play. After 94 minutes of play, GERLIROJO Ψ's Epifanio Ibañez made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there!
