Seraċini Għawdxin were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Neil Degabriele took the corner. A collision led to Seraċini Għawdxin getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Song Wei Yun hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Seraċini Għawdxin were awarded a corner. Neil Degabriele went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Neil Degabriele almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares did a great save. Rahim Kornes was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Axel Montenegro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Axel Montenegro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 24th minute Fernando Negro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Bejrut in the 28th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Song Wei Yun was the one to do the kick off. Fernando Negro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rahim Kornes having to make a save. Rahim Kornes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 58th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Song Wei Yun came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Song Wei Yun, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rahim Kornes. Rahim Kornes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Song Wei Yun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Fernando Negro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Wei Yun in the 71st minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Bejrut in the 73rd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Pedro Manzanares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fernando Negro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Manzanares firmly grabbed it by the left post. Song Wei Yun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Seraċini Għawdxin's Samuel Griffin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 2-3 after 82 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Seraċini Għawdxin's Harry Potter got a free kick in the 84th minute. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Bejrut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Song Wei Yun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Seraċini Għawdxin left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Colombia.
