In the 40th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Fernandino to maneuver through the defense. When Valentino Ferrant fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Valentino Ferrant a yellow card for diving instead. Valentino Ferrant hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Mahir Yağızer succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osman Ali Ünlüer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Sessiz's Mahir Yağızer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. 79 minutes into the match, Mahir Yağızer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mahir Yağızer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Utkan Kutyan kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Güntekin Ayalp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Güntekin Ayalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. In the 90th minute Osman Ali Ünlüer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Mateo Leguizamo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sessiz the free kick. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo got a free kick in the 95th minute. Sessiz played a much better game than El Salvador and deserved their victory. The El Salvador players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
