NEGAN y los savadores's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kristi Koçiu in the 11th minute. The corner led to NEGAN y los savadores's Lisandro Iratze getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a defensive mix-up in NEGAN y los savadores's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinicio Librado came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 17 played minutes NEGAN y los savadores got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Flor. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristi Koçiu in the 21st minute of the match. Vinicio Librado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The audience was convinced that Kristi Koçiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. But to his dismay, Kristi Koçiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 38th minute, Kristi Koçiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in NEGAN y los savadores's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinicio Librado came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristi Koçiu in the 43rd minute of the match. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Kristi Koçiu struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NEGAN y los savadores. In the 46th minute, Freddy Marquez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NEGAN y los savadores fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

The audience was convinced that Kristi Koçiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Adão Maia took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by NEGAN y los savadores's Adão Maia. But to his dismay, Adão Maia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The long shot by Kristi Koçiu in the 71st minute really tested Jonathan Ferrant's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. When Kristi Koçiu came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the NEGAN y los savadores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristi Koçiu couldn't finish the play. Kristi Koçiu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 77th playminute. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Kristi Koçiu sent off a good shot on target. If Freddy Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Lisandro Iratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind NEGAN y los savadores's goalkeeper Vinicio Librado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lisandro Iratze got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as NEGAN y los savadores's Lisandro Iratze slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 0-7 after 88 minutes of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle sounded NEGAN y los savadores left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Venezuela.
