He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Faustino Unax tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dalmacio Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dalmacio Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Faustino Unax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Dalmacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmacio Pello came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dalmacio Pello. Dalmacio Pello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 47 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Dalmacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 48th minute. Macos Graciani made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Tello AFC's Dalmacio Pello managed to reach the ball for a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Pastor Nofre was slow to take the kick. During this time Tello AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Tello AFC's Pastor Nofre to fire away a dangerous shot which Dante Lacasa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Pastor Nofre's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Dante Lacasa - 2-3 was put on the score board in the 70th minute. In the 75th minute, 柳平鹏 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tello AFC made a substitution. Virgilio Van Dijck replaced Faustino Unax. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Dalmacio Pello in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Nofre in the 80th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Nofre in the 81st minute of play. Dalmacio Pello made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Dalmacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tello AFC's Uriel Cordearo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Tello AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
