Kıraç Ak came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Isidoro Sarmiento could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Kıraç Ak however easily saved by the left post. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Strener in the 10th minute of the match. Kıraç Ak made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Abraham Alguacil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kıraç Ak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulin Shahini in the 20th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Partizan Tirana's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kıraç Ak came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, FC Partizan Tirana's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Kıraç Ak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kıraç Ak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Panama's Miguel Miralles got a free kick in the 34th minute. Paulin Shahini hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Kıraç Ak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kıraç Ak. FC Partizan Tirana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Claude Theron made the kick off in the second half. In the last second Marcos Cotilla throw himself and got hold of the ball when Claude Theron in the 51stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claude Theron in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Cotilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 53rd minute Paulin Shahini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kıraç Ak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gil Tolentin kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kıraç Ak was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulin Shahini in the 74th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıraç Ak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kıraç Ak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 95th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Panama had won after a very even match.
