Gao Fei Zheng who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Marcos Cotilla when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betinho Arantes saved BK Nerysminne from getting behind. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Gogea in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, BK Nerysminne's Maxim Gogea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When Lucas-Ignacio Torres fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Nerysminne's protests and gave Lucas-Ignacio Torres a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes BK Nerysminne got a freekick which was hit by Lucas-Ignacio Torres. Betinho Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Betinho Arantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, BK Nerysminne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gao Fei Zheng to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Panama defense, Maxim Gogea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, BK Nerysminne's Maxim Gogea got a free kick in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Gogea came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, BK Nerysminne's Maxim Gogea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Cotilla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Betinho Arantes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Gogea came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Gogea in the 70th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Maxim Gogea managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Nerysminne's supporters rose to their feet, but Maxim Gogea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Gogea in the 76th minute of play. Lucas-Ignacio Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Betinho Arantes in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxim Gogea, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Gogea in the 91st minute of play.
