Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wisła Kraków's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Mexico's Luca Zorita getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Facundo Cadaval hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Mieszko Makomaski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Macos Graciani kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Wisła Kraków's Roch Zdeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 18th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Roch Zdeb made a huge save. Roch Zdeb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Facundo Cadaval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Macos Graciani got a throw-in 36 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Facundo Cadaval. Roch Zdeb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Falk in the 39th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariusz Kornaszewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 54th minute of play forced Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper Roch Zdeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute of the match, Ermanno Puglielli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dante Lacasa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luca Zorita took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roch Zdeb. Roch Zdeb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Roch Zdeb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Ermanno Puglielli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wisła Kraków's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermanno Puglielli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Mexico booed when Wisła Kraków was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slawomir Galagan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Gaona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roch Zdeb. Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 75 minutes of play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roch Zdeb was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wisła Kraków's goalie prevented a goal. In the 83rd minute, Widodo 吕蒙 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roch Zdeb read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Ermanno Puglielli sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute, Cornelio Combarros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th match minute, Wisła Kraków was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Combarros to maneuver through the defense. Mexico were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Wisła Kraków for a fine match.
