Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 5th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Vigil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santos Vigil. Edmundo Espiga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Frisia AFC booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melchor Esiquio hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Villa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santos Vigil was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Honduras's attentive Sebastian Villa managed to snatch the ball when Americo Matia made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. In the 23rdth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frisia AFC's Santos Vigil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Santos Vigil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Efraim in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match Frisia AFC got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Melchor Esiquio ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Frisia AFC's corner Melchor Esiquio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lautaro Navarro quite easily take care of the ball. Frisia AFC's Santos Vigil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 34th minute of play. Leon Videl hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If Godfredo Efraim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Frisia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Videl to maneuver through the defense. Santos Vigil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 45th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Sadurni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Sadurni made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Luciano Sadurni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luciano Sadurni. 58 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Fernan Gurutz came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Sadurni's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Lautaro Navarro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Sadurni, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Moises Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Santos Vigil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santos Vigil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 79th minute of play. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Abel Txatxu, made in the 80th minute of the game. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Efraim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Sadurni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. In the 85th minute, Melchor Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santos Vigil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 94th match minute, Frisia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Videl to maneuver through the defense. Frisia AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
