Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Meninos De Cotia's Faustin Ostermann started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alex Chicote made in the 2nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Patricio Costa however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 7th minute of play forced Meninos De Cotia's goalkeeper Hugo Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Del Piero in the 12th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Del Piero in the 21st minute of play. Ramon Del Piero took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramon Del Piero struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Meninos De Cotia. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Del Piero in the 38th minute of the match. The corner ended in Silvestre Corderro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Faustin Ostermann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Hugo Rodrigues came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. But to his dismay, Patricio Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustin Ostermann in the 56th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faustin Ostermann went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Meninos De Cotia's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Rodrigues came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Rodrigues having to interfere. Ramon Del Piero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Hugo Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Faustin Ostermann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Del Piero went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Meninos De Cotia's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
