Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lei Fei Song kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tome Usel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute. In the 5th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Alfredo Guardia sent off a good shot on target. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Union Lara FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Veremundo Salz hit a great ball. Tome Usel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match, Lei Fei Song tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Union Lara FC's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tome Usel came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the match, Union Lara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Tome Usel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Artur Acereda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union Lara FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Acereda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tome Usel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. After 82 minutes Union Lara FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. 84 minutes into the match, Union Lara FC's goalkeeper Tome Usel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 84th minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tome Usel. The goal made the score 0-1. Union Lara FC made a substitution. Sayveon Cascajares replaced Txerran Velasco. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from You Xiao Mo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
